
The University of Surrey’s mission is to lead pioneering research and innovation to create new thinking and provide practical solutions for some of the world’s main technological and societal challenges. Surrey has seen extensive involvement in EU research projects for more than 25 years, including 266 projects from FP7 and Horizon 2020 programme. The scientists at Surrey have long-standing experience in working with large-scale, longitudinal multi-omic datasets, from data quality control to analysis as well as software development to application.
Role in LongITools
The University of Surrey participated in machine learning prediction in work package 3 and performed exposome-based analysis in very large data sets.
